About Me
For 27 years, my world revolved around strategic growth, financial planning, and risk management. For 21 of those years, I led teams of financial planners. As a CFP® (non-practicing), I understood the mechanics of success. But over the last decade, my focus shifted toward what truly drives high performance: the people behind the plans.
I intentionally refined my approach as a leader—moving away from directive management to focus on active listening, empathy, and genuine motivation. I realized that my real passion wasn't managing assets; it was helping leaders and professionals navigate complex career transitions, high-stakes decisions, and personal growth with clarity.
That passion led me to found Navigate with IntenShaun. Having completed my Professional Coaching Certificate through The Coach Academy and now actively working toward my ICF Level 1 credential, I combine nearly three decades of leadership experience with gold-standard coaching methodologies to help you move forward—not by accident, but with intention.
